Utterly delicious, if simplified and Vegas-style version of Thomas Keller's reknown French Laundry restaurant. Not well served by the setting - the Venetian is a massive and not-so-subtle place. But the food is brilliant; the "simple" steak frite is mouthwatering, the fries crisp with just a hint of seasoning. The croque madame is so good you'll want another bread basket to soak up all the yoke. We prefer the luxurious Wynn hotel to the Venetian, but Bouchon is better then Tableau.
