Todd English's latest reminds us that he is capable of great things, even if some of his latest ventures (Rustic Kitchen, Kingfish) haven't impressed us. Bonfire is magnificently styled in black iron and luxurious fabric. It's a bit dark in places, but the bar that snakes along the inner wall provides a welcome splash of light. It's also somewhat noisy, but these minor issues don't detract from the generally excellent food. The prime rib and grilled Dover Sole are superb. Make sure you leave room for dessert.
